NOTE: The Destination Management Organisation Timisoara (referred to in the agreement as ‘DMO Timișoara’ ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) is a destination management organisation and does not own, manage, control or operate any aircraft, ground transportation, hotel, resort, cruise ship, restaurant, excursions or other suppliers you might encounter on your travel .
Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, no warranty, express or implied, is given as to its accuracy and DMO Timișoara does not accept any liability for error or omission.
CONSENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they apply to your use of this Internet Site (Website). By using this Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Please check the Website regularly for the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that you arrange your own travel insurance to cover against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: We can assist and inform you on matters such as required documentation. To the best of our ability, we can give support with providing answers and information pertaining to immigration, customs and health requirements specific to your country. However, it is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation to travel, (such as passports, visa, criminal record checks where applicable etc.) required by the relevant governmental authorities.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE: DMO Timișoara is not the source or supplier of any travel services.
Weather conditions, including but not limited to the presence or absence of snow, sunshine, and rainfall are not guaranteed to occur or not occur, and are clearly outside of our control, and we will not assume any responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes.
NO COPYING OR EDITING: No material from this Website may be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, sold or distributed in any way, without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any such material is prohibited.
Privacy Policy
PRIVACY POLICY & GDPR: Because we value our visitors, we believe that strong electronic privacy is crucial. We will not release your personal data to anyone else, except if you provide your consent or if it is disclosed for the purposes for which you made it available to us.
The only contact details gathered are those which visitors voluntarily submit – on subscription forms, survey forms, over the telephone, by using our website and/or in email messages.
Any requests to unsubscribe from mailing lists or remove personal data from our databases should be submitted by email. Email newsletter subscribers are able to unsubscribe themselves from mailing lists by clicking on the link at the foot of all email newsletters.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between the Visitor and APT and are governed by the laws of Romania.
The website is built in compliance with the provisions of Law no. 190/2018, which refers to the implementation measures of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). For any possible debates or questions not covered by this contract, the laws of Romania shall have effect.
